Hello!

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, currently practicing in the St. Clair West Community since 2013. I have grown to love the town and I am very grateful for the support I have received from my friends, colleagues, and neighbors. I look forward to helping you enhance your life, not just through massage therapy but also through a better understanding of what your muscles and body are trying to communicate to you. 

It has been extremely rewarding to show people how they can reduce their pain and improve physical limitations through massage. Most importantly, I want to help people return their lives back to their own terms and regain a sense of control over their health. Massage can be used to direct the body's ability to heal, to recover, and alongside other complimentary modalities, to improve more efficiently.
 

I am described as a Deep Tissue massage therapist with a gentle touch. I believe in good communication between clients and therapists and I will do my best to keep you informed and engaged on how you can continue caring for yourself between treatments through simple stretches and exercises. 

My personal philosophy on massage is "I do what I must", so while you may experience some discomfort during the tough moments and stubborn "knots", you will see in the end that greater improvements lie beyond the pain! However, if you prefer a treatment focused on relaxation I am well versed in Swedish Massage as well.

I have studied at The Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and I aspire to become a Master Hydrotherapist, as well as to eventually own my own clinic! To that end, the pursuit of knowledge and healing is never far behind.
